You never know…

You never know who you might run into in Salt Lake City while shopping for Missionary clothing!  While at Mr. Mac downtown SLC, we were able to meet Elder L. Tom Perry who was there with his grandson getting outfitted for his mission to Kentucky I think.  He shook our hands and talked with Brad for a minute.  We thought that was pretty dang cool!

BUT…Imagine our excitement when the Prophet walked in!  He was there getting a shirt and I think some shoes.  He took a few minutes to shake hands and when I asked if I could take his picture, he said "I'm not charging for that today!"  What a great man!  How lucky for Brad to meet the Prophet the day before going to the temple!   By the way, we got his suits, shirts, pants and shoes among other things and he will look pretty dang sharp as a missionary!  Thanks to Spencer at Mr. Mac and to the Condie's for sending us his way.  He took great care of us!
